Not doing anything special tomorrow, being so close to Thanksgiving... had the whole family here, complete with rare pictures. And I made Alton\'s turkey , which is absolutely fantastic.

ooohh.. that turkey looked good when he cooked it. We had already made arrangements for a fried turkey or I woulda tried the recipe. Any caveats to watch for? I still have a 15lb'r in the freezer I'm gonna cook around Christmas
We spent mucho time baking/practicing pumpkin pies and pumpkin dip. I found a great recipe for pumpkin pancakes with praline sauce for a breakfast we hosted the next day. :slurp:
