Mod Name / Version: Suppress Edited By 1.1

Description: This allows admins and mods to unselect the box to mark post "Edited By".
This is handy when the Admin or Mod wants to make technical changes to the post without appearing as if they have edited the content.

Thank you for this tweek but we need to know some instructions on what exactly to do with this tweek? Where does it go? Is it put into a file on the system? If so which file? or is it stand alone? If it is stand alone what should it be called and what permissions need to be set?
