what can i do ?

I don't understand the Polish messages, but error 145 is usually resolved by repairing the table. phpMyAdmin has a menu function for doing that, or you could use the query REPAIR TABLE w3t_Users.

Nie mo¿na otworzyæ pliku - can`t open file

when I use REPAIR TABLE w3t_Users
