Is it possible to create a addon for UBB to post a new topic for every new member that registers?
I was thinking to write it myself but since i'm extremely busy for a while i was wondering if somebody could wite such a addon.

He is looking for something like the Welcome PM you get when a new member registers but it is displayed as a post in a forum. So other members can see it.
It is a nice request. You could piggyback on other items as well such as birthday announcements.
