Today (Monday the 13th) my server turned off somehow (hosting company). Once it went back online, there was a series of SQL errors popping up on my UBB.threads site.

Then, once that was fixed... 4300 of my 5000 users are gone. They aren't in the database and I have no idea what to do.

The site is o-state.com and I am desperate for help. This is a very active board and I am freaking out.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Did you backup lately?

Did you check the Database to make sure they are all gone?

Did you try a table repair?

Sounds like maybe they restored with an old backup

so, is everyone gone or is all ok....

It seems they did a backup AFTER the errors, so it only showed 700 members, 4300 lost. Two guys who have helped with my site, did have backups from July 04, so they saved about 3000 total.

The other 2000, they created a script that showed up the missing as "LostUser100433" (example). So, those people who were lost could re-register and then merge their username and old usernumber.

Headache, big time.
