This is not an offical Apache, open source version. That version is still in beta.

This is Covalent Technologies releasing a version based on the 2.0 beta, with their own proprietary extensions.

If I read correctly, it will also cost $1495. This a discussion at slashdot if you want more information

Apache 1.3.22 is the latest open source with Apache 2.0.16 Beta being the latest beta.
