This is a hoax.

Note the wording of the warning - "the most destructive ever".

Note the impossible claims of destroying the boot sector on control alt delete AND the reset button. Nothing can interrupt a hardware reset.

Note that it asks you to pass on the warning, and how it does so - the message itself is the real virus, and by reading and obeying it, you are conveying it.

Congrats.

I'd advise reading http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html , http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ , and McAffee's own pages on the subject, http://vil.mcafee.com/hoax.asp? and http://vil.mcafee.com/default.asp? .

You will find descriptions of this virus nowhere on the site.
