nice clean lines, I like the colors too  include the 'welcome latest member' in the upper right to balance out the lines... you should be able to turn it on in the cp.

Thanks Allen and it was on.. not sure why it wasn't showing up, turned it off and back on and now it shows up again

one suggestion would be to make your link color more different from your text color (makes them easier to find).
otherwise, good work!
