Travis: you could write a letter to his host. Most hosts wouldn't allow copyrighted material that was stolen to be displayed on their server.

There is actually a very simple way to have his forum removed. email: [email protected]Inform them one of there members are using a UBB forum and as a customer of thiers you feel it is wrong that someone else is abusing the system. See hypermart specifically states in there terms that UBB is not allowed. Believe me I know as a few of my friends had there entire directory deleted one day by them. they show no mercy, they just delete it all and lock you out of the account. See they req credit card info even for the free site so you cant exactly make another without another card.
