Has anyone done anything like this for either 6.0 or 6.1? What I'm looking for is a hack that will allow moderators and administrators to post imporant topics either in bold/different color in the thread listing and/or allow them to post a topic that stays at the top of the thread listing for a forum.
Any and all help or links appreciated.

Perfect!!!! I had to search around a little for a 6.0x version but found it! Haven't updated to 6.1.0 yet as many of the mods I have installed have not yet been updated.
