doesn't addition of too many ranks/special members cause system degradation, though?

Yes, I agree, where do we put this line of code at and what .cgi file? And where do we get the graphics that are required for this..

If you had 100-200 custom User titles would this significantly slow or take more resaources on your board? In word the Library file is 45 pages long, 200 custom titles would be less than a page of extra code. What does everyone think?
