I'm using part of our forum as a "classifieds" section, and I was wondering:

Is there a way to limit a user [or users within said group] to only 1 post per month in forum X, or possibly 6 posts per year in said forum, etc?

Our moderators are trying to do this manually now, but we are having trouble keeping up...so we're thinking in the classifieds area, non-donating members get 1 post every 60 days, donating members can post 10 ads per 60 days, etc, etc...

Might be useful, we'd call it the "gizmo solution".

I looked into the PhotoPost classifieds software, but it only limits how many free ads one can post and also a max limit on the number of ads they can have.

We're just trying to keep some guys from using the board as their business pages...

Anyone got any other [easier?] ideas?
