Would any kindly make my website awsome, like installing hacks and designing images for me? It's basically a brand new forum with IIP added on. No posts or anything yet or headers or anything. (http://www.cellstreet.com/index.php) I dont have a lot of money and I cant do it myself because im simply crap at it, but I promise to pay who ever will help me what I can afford within a week through paypal.
Hope someone out there can help me cos it looks crap at the moment.
