I'm pretty sure they're dedicated...at least they are using their own name servers in their whois and not someone else's...and the rest of the site loads pretty well...it just the forum that stinks...I don't know much about YABB, but I"m pretty sure it's an old version as well...it's a members only site and their site login isn't integrated with their forum login...so you have to log in twice...yet another annoyance...and they don't use cookies - your login info is on a timer lol soo sad...I tried sending an email to the contact email on the domain's whois...soo hopefully that'll get a response
