All-righty, I am new to this whole threads gig, but I'm determined to learn as much as I possibly can ...

I want my threads' board to be as similar to my classics' board as possible--mostly because familiarity will breed comfort.

To that end, I like having the .tdheader a dark blue (#000080), but in most of the fields of text, I like to have the text and links the same dark blue--against a light background.

I obviously am running into a conflict with the dark blue link and the dark blue background of the .tdheader

How do I change the link color to white so that it off-sets the dark blue background? Or, maybe I should ask, can I?

You'll need to edit your stylesheet to add something like:

.tdheader a:link {
background-color: transparent;
color: #ffffff;
}
.tdheader a:visited {
background-color: transparent;
color: #ffffff;
}
.tdheader a:active {
background-color: transparent;
color: #ffffff;
}
.tdheader a:hover {
background-color: transparent;
color: #ffffff;
}
