Odd one here, I went in and changed one or two small items, but cannot see what I affected. I pasted other unregisterednav.tmpl files over this one, and still does not work. Here is the error and code, anyone see anything wrong?
Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /home/....../forum/templates/default/ubbt_unregisterednav.tmpl on line 4
<!-- <? //UBBTREMARK --> // File Version 6.5
<!-- echo <<<UBBTPRINT --> $tbopen <tr> <td align="left" class="menubar" width="30%" valign="bottom"> {$ubbt_lang['NOT_LOGGED']} [<a href="$phpurl/login.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['BUTT_LOGIN']}</a>] </td> <td align="center" class="menubar" width="70%"> <a href="$phpurl/$FrontPage.php{$var_start}Cat{$var_eq}$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['FORUM_IND']}</a> · <a href="$phpurl/newuser.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['NEW_USER']}</a> · <a href="$phpurl/faq.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['FAQ_TEXT']}</a> · <a href="$phpurl/calendar.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['CALENDAR']}</a> $members_link </td> </tr> $tbclose <br /> <!-- UBBTPRINT; --> <!-- /* UBBTREMARK */ ?> -->

Do you try to edit the template with the build in editor ? Why is the header outcomment ? It should look like : <? //UBBTREMARK<br />// File Version 6.5.1.1<br /><br />echo <<<UBBTPRINT<br />$tbopen<br /><tr><br /><td align="left" class="menubar" width="30%" valign="bottom"><br />{$ubbt_lang['NOT_LOGGED']}<br />[<a href="$phpurl/login.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['BUTT_LOGIN']}</a>]<br /></td> copy the file from your original archive and try again.

Aye, I had used the online editor...not sure what the issue was as I have used it for quite a while on numerous sites now.
It's corrected and functioning - but ironically I did not change anything. Just waited an hour, went back to it, and uploaded it again (for the umpteenth time).

Strange, because you have the
echo <<<UBBTPRINT
commented out in your file....

When I go into my Template Editor (using 6.5) it shows it this way...I copied and pasted from there.

its temporary outcommentet and should be changed if you leave the editor. This can be found somewhere in the documentation of UBBt. I read it there. But in the past there was in one version a little bug in there. Then the editor leave some slashes inside the template.
