Hey,
I have a messageboard that is quite busy - so much so that I need to limit posting in a particular forum to reduce the number of posts that are made.
The messageboard is www.superiorpics.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php
I would like to restrict posting in the "Requests" forum so that only members who have been a member for 3 months or more may post there. Alternatively, another option would be to restrict posting based on the number of posts that members have made e.g. only allow members with more than 100 posts to be able to post in that particular forum.

Is there anyway that this is possible?

You can use the autogroup change mod:

And only allow users in a certain group to post in that forum. The hack is written for 6.3, but it should give you somewhere to start. I haven't used this personally, so I don't know what it entails or how hard it would be to update as I haven't even installed 6.5 yet. Hope this helps.
