Hi,
I want to know if its possible to delete red/unread PMs with a special Subject via SQL Query?
I have several passive users which are not reading their PMs and over the month it got more and more. Actually there are more then 7000PMs in the system and I bet that nearly 5000 are old crap.
1. How to delete PMs with a special subject via SQL query? 2. How to delete PMs older than X days via SQL query?
Thanks in advance jluerken

It's best to delete them through the admin panel... you can delete messages X days old through the admin interface.

I made a copy of and edited admin/dopurgemessages.php so that I can run it as a cron to automatically delete all PMs older than 30 days. Sounds like it might be something you'd want to look into.
