UBBDEV Members:

It has come to my attention that many of you would like to use images in your signatures.

Therefore, I would like to suggest the following guidelines be strictly followed in order to ensure that your signature image does not impead the enjoyment of others.

[*] Please keep any and all signature images to a maximum size of:
    HEIGHT: 60 px
    WIDTH: 460 px
    SIZE: 25k or less

[*] Please make sure that your signature images DOES NOT contain profanity, bigotry, racism, or any other content that might be considered offensive by others.

[*] While we do not come out and suggest that this site is "family friendly" in nature, we do not want this to be interpreted as an open floodgate for sensitive material. IF WE GET A COMPLAINT, IT WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.

I am hoping by making this compromise that we will, in fact, be able to appease almost everyone. However, if the times comes that things start to get out of control, we will have to discontinue this policy.

Thanks,

Digital Boy

Images in sigs are evil....period. I have them turned off on every board I run because some many bozos have to have a 640x480 sig and they post like crazy.

Sig images = bad idea. JMO.

I feel the same way as Thrader...but I don't think they're evil, I think they're really annoying.

Well, as it stands right now, we are giving our users the option of using or not using them as they see fit.
