Description: This will show user's Avatar in the Who is online screen

Credits:
Dalantech (Tips about how to resize an image in PHP);
Omegatron (Hacked online.tmpl creating an additional column for the Avatar)

Features:
Show the Avatar of an user in the Who is online screen;
If a user do not have an Avatar shows the "nopicture.gif" image;
Avatar's height and width are customizable (Keep it small for a better looking);

Working under:
UBB.Threads 6.2.2

online.php
online.tmpl

Database Altered:
None

Known bugs & limitations:
Images where height and width are not the same are forced to have the choosen height and width;
The word "Avatar" is not in any language files;

Notes: I'm not good in programming php so this hack could still have a lot of bugs.

You might want to check your online.php file you have uploaded to a base one for the exact changes. I had a few ideas for you so I was going to rework some thing however the way the hack is written up as posted above it does not work and throws everything off in the list

Okay I did not change too much. I just made sure you added the field instead of replacing status field. I added avatar one

I tried to do this but I wasn't able... now I have understood the use of .tmpl files

First thing you need to do is redo the hacking. The only difference in the online.php file you notice is that you are not replacing the status fields.

Now the template is pretty easy. I can post the template since it is not code. Here you go I will attach the working template in case thats where you have your problem understanding things.
