does anybody have a GOOD reason why mysqld will start out at a certain size and GROW like a dandelion weed in just mere minutes? i mean from like 4meg to 18meg in 10 minutes! sure, user count goes from zero to like 80 in that time frame too. and then over the course of a week, all the way to 38meg. version 3.23.44 is being used.
