Running 6.2.1 and I am wondering how do one make Mark All Read only mark those in the Forum that is active, so that one can Mark Lets Say all read only in the How Do I... and not the rest of the forum, is this possible?

It's not possible using this version of 'Mark all read'.  There was a hack by JustDave that would mark just one forum read, but I don't think it's been updated for 6.2.
