PS when I mean integrate I mean use the login system to diferenciate admin/users and maybe the style sheet.

I would like to see this as well, I myself would use it.
I cant afford PhotoPost. Note: The IIP has a small gallery of attached forum images.

from what I see it is VERY easy to integrate only needs to change the database settings in the 3 files.

maybe someone that knows the user structure well could give it a shot ?

I mailed Dave and asked him to have a look at the 3 files, maybe he'll be able to come up with something.

the user file is pretty straight foward from what I'v seen I'll give a shot tonight once I'll be able to look inside my database.

the one with more routines still makes me wonder lol

Hello Allen....and Dave....and Mateo....long time, no see....

Hello to everyone else....some of you I know, some I do not...
It's been awhile since I actually posted here....but we follow your work...
I'm bumping this one back up since it's not had any further postings.

Has anyone followed up on this? If there's any chance this could be worked out, I'd be willing to use our website as the example site....that is, as long as we don't have to risk Armageddon by dropping the hook onto this hack.

If any of you guys are working on this and have any scripts in development, I'd be glad to pass them along to Bud, one of our other Admins, and have him try to hook it into the Threads scripts. EMAIL ME since I don't have time to drop in here as often as I'd like.

We've been using the scripts written by Bharat (aka...Menalto) for a couple of years now and the next version, probably coming out this spring, will have some major improvements to it. The Gallery project is a very worthwhile scriptset to pursue for this feature. We have 2500+ forum members, but only get about 30,000 page views a week....but, we have over 14,000 photos in the various albums on our server. We are pleased with the speed and ease of use.

We are very interested in the ability to allow UBBT users to register for the boards and also have a dedicated access photo album created at the same time. We have a "test only' install of PHP-Nuke that has a Gallery module that does just that same thing....when a user registers on PHP-Nuke, they are also registered as a Gallery user.

We have an Admin who does nothing but the Gallery work, but we would love it if we could offer EVERY user a personal photo album we do not have to create a username and password for. This would be an awesome feature and our guys would eat it up!

BTW - Good to see so many Offroad related webmasters using UBBT nowadays. For a long time it seemed like it was just us using W3T...then Offroad.com started using it too...now, alot of guys have made the move UP!

I'm also very glad to see these forums are active and making a difference. Excellent!

I look forward to building a team of users who want this feature integrated into UBBT.

Bumping this as I started to try and integrate "Gallery" into my threads install this weekend.

Anyone had any success? Its all PHP...so it is definitely doable...and free is good.

it's not quite as pretty as the above one, but works
