I have the following problem running the IIP 4.3 on my 6.0.2 ubb.threads.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ':' in g:\apache group\apache2\htdocs\ubbthreads\pals\configpal.php on line 23

I have check all the path and they are all right

and the index.php file I located in ubbthreads dir.

Can anyone help me with the paths settings in configpal.php?

Might have something to do with the directoty name that has a blank space in it. I seem to recall something about this causing problems with someone before, but I may be wrong.

Do you recall which line is it?

Hope that other ppl which have installed that version can help me with that.

Now I think I got it working. but when ever I set to 0 or 1 in the configpal file. it always show msg that the site is maintance

Damn, got another problem now

When I click on the Entrance tab. It won't go to the forum section.

The link to add in Entrance is the link to the IIP page.... the one that used to say "Main Index" will take you to the forum section.
Looked at your link... and it looks like you removed it from the template. It should come right after the Entrance link.

is it the registerednav.tmpl file?

ubbt_registerednav.tmpl and ubbt_unregisterednav.tmpl will do the trick.

Btw Josh, what is a good mail server program to use for winxp?

And also how can I check the keywords in my database, because I forgot all the keyworks I set.

Mouse over the forum titles in the forum list and you should see "Board=SomeKeyword" in the status bar.

You really should upgrade to 6.0.3 because of the security issues too.

Sorry... don't have a clue. I'm on a RackSpace.com unix server.

Ya, maybe I should but just need to learn all the stuff 1st before I upgrade. Maybe wait for the latest non-beta version 1st=)
