I'm getting this error under 'Edit Titles'
Warning: file("/www/htdocs/support/forums/filters/usertitles") - Permission denied in /usr/local/www/vhosts/zzz.com/htdocs/support/forums/admin/edittitles.php on line 46
Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /usr/local/www/vhosts/zzz.com/htdocs/support/forums/admin/edittitles.php on line 51
How do I fix it? I thought it was a permission thing and CHMOD 666 the edittitles.php but it didn't work.

You actually need to chmod 666 the files in the filters directory so they can be written to by the webserver.
