How do i exit the crontab default editor? i have donte this crontab -e [i get the editor now looks like this] /.... ~ ~ but i cant exit Kaoslord www.chaos-productions.com

Basically you are in the vi editor. If you did not make any changes and you want to exit vi, you would type [:yellow]:q. If you did make some changes you would type [:yellow]:wq, which would write the changes and quit the editor.

if it's in linux just type export EDITOR=pico
|
