Is it just me or is it that this new project for UD taking longer and giving less points? I've been working on the lask 50k to 250k for months it feels like, and I still have 4 machines crunching away!

Yeah, my units are taking around 6 hours each to complete, and I get 50 to 150 points for each one... frown I wish the scoring system for LigandFit was as generous as the Think stage. laugh

I think the scoring is the same, tho the ligandfit ones can take quite a bit longer. I am at 63+ hours and 91% on my current one laugh

I used to be able to send 2 results per day and get around 500 points between them.
Now I'm lucky to send 1 per day and get 200 points for it.. frown

slow

tipsy

My computer I use at home is an old dell server I bought back in ~96 or 97 I think. A 2200 - it's a p2 233 with a 4gb scsi HD, and 128mb ram I bumped to 256 (that 128mb bump was more than 4x the cost of today's ram, I think it's edo or something tipsy )

Anyways, it was through when I got home tonight.. kinda suspicious, I hope it didn't erase or something as that was a very fast finish compared to the rest of it.

My last work unit took 46ish hours to do. That's the first time I've ever passed 40 hours *I think*. This one will probably pass 50.
