Is there a way to make the admin (me) the only one who can view IP address'? I don't want my moderators to be able to view them as well as the members.

Try the following in ubb_get_topic.cgi: Find:
-----
my $is_one = &is_admin_or_mod($in{f}, @user_profile);
Replace with:
-------------
my $is_one = 'false';
$is_one = 'true' if ($user_profile[8] eq 'Administrator' && $user_profile[4] =~ m/Admin/); It is not tested, but it should work.
