Let's say that person "A" has two licenses but only one is in use (my dev boards are all in virtual servers on my local machine) and person "B" has a single license but would like to have a live board to develop hacks etc. that can be accessed via the Internet in addition to their live site.
Is there any reason that I wouldn't able to give the license to person "B" without permission from Infopop since it's not being sold? Can I notify them with my license info and transfer ownership?

I believe that just changing your info via your licence's login should constitute a "transfer" and you're not selling it to anyone, so giving it freely for someoen to use as a non commercial pourpose shouldn't be an issue...

Yup.. As far as I know you can transfer licenses for free, just can't sell them..

I think you can sell them too, IP just takes no responsability whatsoever with the transaction
