I uploaded all my ubb files, and also setup active perl to.

When setting up the cgi-bin in IIS. I'm having trouble with mappings.

When I type in Board Here It keeps showing up in text only perl is not loading for some reason

Did this myself only a few days ago...

Can't remember the exact sequence (booted in Win98 now, so I can't check), but you need to associate .cgi files with Perl... are you using the IIS active Perl snap in?

Yes thats correct. Active perl and IIS. I still can seem to get the damn thing to run.

I'm looking in the IIS manager right now in the Add/Edit Application Extension Mappings settings.

I see this:

Executable: C:PerlbinPerl.exe "%s" %s

Extension: .pl

I don't see anything for .cgi

Go to the Internet Service Manager, and find the folder where your CGI files are contained.
Right-click it, and go to Properties.
Then click the "Create" button under the Application Settings line.
Then click the newly enabled Configuration... button.
Click Add... in the dialog that comes up.
Type C:PerlbinPerl.exe %s %s in the Executable box, and type .cgi in the Extension box.
Then click as many OK's as it takes to get out. And you're done.
