I'm running UBB 6.1.0.3
I'd like to get 6.2 up and running to see if all of my changes (hacks) are okay, before I overwrite my existing production site.
What's the best way to do this?
Can I set up a second installation on my server? or is it better to run a new version locally?
And as much as I'd like to go to 6.2 right now... unless I can raise my comfort level, I might wait for 6.3 so that I only have to spend a single weekend making the change... you know how s*** happens...
Just trying to protect my production site and keep my downtime to a minimum.

Yes you can install the test board on your server, just don't make it public. You can set it up on the same server.

Thanks! I assume that I'll have to setup 4 different directories and then change the config file to point to that.
