As much as I like PNTF, this is my second modification to it (it's not really a mod).

Name: Extended Recent Visitors

Description: UBB™ 6.3.0's Recent Visitors feature only includes forum/topic/forum summary views. This one adds pntf, search, get daily, new topic, edit and reply, just like the old WOL.

I got this error though:

syntax error at Modules/UBBCGI.pm line 674.

I uploaded a backup of ubb_lib_pntf.cgi and it worked fine.

I used the MultiHack file, so it wasn't a mistake on my part.

Fixed, rehack ubb_lib_pntf

After intense searching and trying, rehacking and a coffee or five, i came to the conclusion that it's not working for me. Obvious i'm doing something completly wrong, or there is a tiny thing in it...., but i wonder if it is. LK is good, he comes with a solution so simple that i must say again that he rocks etc.

All users can see, where someone is, even if it is a private forum.

You mean in get_profile? I don't think so, make sure you're NOT using the same as in public_pntf_admin - there are some differences

No, not in get profile. Its in the recent-visitors-screen.

Do you remember: the same problem was in 6.3.0 beta, and you fixed ist (you came into the chat of my page: www.kurzgeschichten.de).
But I try rehacking first.

Text/MHK files updated - now supporting new poll and changed something else... Rehack public_pntf_admin.pl, ubb_lib_pntf.cgi, public_display_profile.pl and the new poll line of vars_wordlets_mods.cgi.

edit: ----problem solved-----

i don't see the vars_wordlets_mods notifications though.

I installed it, worked good. Now only is this stipud WOL list would work right.

Problem I'm having is that when a non-admin views the who's online listings, they see the table with two columns: the location of the user, and the username. However, the titles of those columns are User Name (for location) and IP Address (for username).

rehacked (this and the who's online v1.3) and it's all working again. My apologies

I'm using a 6.3.1.1 UBB.. I installed the extended recent visitors, but I don't see any changes.

I used the multihack file.. and while installing it told me two errors: but behind it there stood ignore if doesn't work..

so thought should be ok..

what exactly should you get extra by installing this hack?

EDIT: ahhh I did some manually search: because I installed the statistics hack, this has changed:

to

if($in->{ubb} !~ m/^(statistics|forum|get_topic|pntf)$/) {

I'll hack it manually (by adding the statistics to then new line) and let you guys know if it worked

yea what does this do? I see nothing different. Also have statistics hack installed

This will show in more detail where someone is. It shows if a user is making a new thread, etc
