hey looks great, would it be possible to make an add on to the hack for the best rated member on the forum? and then possibly display it on public forum summary?

By best rated, do you mean the member who has the highest rating?, i.e. a "5"
Theorhetically, *all* of your users could be the "best rated member" if you use the UBB Rating System.
Or is your "member of the month" based on some subjective review by your Mods/Admins?
You could use the ratings feature, such that only 4's/5's show stars. I think this accomplishes the same thing.
Also, you might want to think twice about a feature that portrays one user as being more leet than others.

Well, what i was thinking was have it based on the # of posts users have, user with the most posts = top member
