description: adds server date and a time counter (using layers) on forum display. works only with unix servers, and with strict off.

demo: http://banco.jogosonline.com.br/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi

install: http://banco.jogosonline.com.br/ubbmods/serverdatetimeubb605/install.txt

the time counter is a modification of a script found at scriptsearch. it gets the server time, and runs the function every second. if anyone wish to add strict support, be my guest. hope you like it
