im running UBB 6.01
and when a member changes his or her signature location in their profile and then applies it, when they post a new message, their signature works fine, however all of their old posts are still looking for the old path to the signature and cannot find it cuz it was deleted.. so they come up [ x ], like when IE cant find an image. is there a way to do an update to clean all that up?

Clearing the Cache should fix that problem.

but im not using cache for my UBB
cuz im testing some stuff

Then tell your members to hit Shift+Refresh (Shift+Reload for NS users). It will clear their Internet Page Cache on thier computer.

UBB should be reading the new signature, and not the old one. BTW, what version are you using? Upgrading to the newest version would probably fix that also.

EDIT: indiCa- Only if you have a hack installed that mingles around with profile fields (none should yet).
