At the office we are looking to create a knowledge base for our technical sales people when answering phone calls. Is anyone aware of a modification that can be done to ubb.classic that allows this to be done.
The knowledge base would be a tree'd layout by product, problem and solution.

hmm... you could create a seperate category, with each product a forum and topics within each could contain the problem and solution. When setting up the search function, create an index for each forum, then searching for problems/solutions will be nearly immediate. When linking to the knowledge base, just link to the particular category, like this: https://www.ubbdev.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php/category/3.html
