how do i get an image file in instead of the forum name covering that entire column ..... i tried inserting an image from the forum description option but doesn't work ........ i hope someone can offer some advice ..  cheers

Open public_forum_summary.pl, and find: $ForumNameReplace that with:  Then make sure you have images named #.gif in your NonCGI directory, one for every forum number you have (1.gif, 2.gif, etc.). ---Jamin

hi Jamin I got the thing working but i can't enter the forums it just shows the gif but no link top click to get in the forum ...... any suggestion would be good thanks for helping

thanks jamin its all working ..... but i get a border around the gifs which is the colour of the links specified in the templates any idea how to remove the border without affecting the link colour .... thanks
