UBB Updates:
Rising tides raise all ships - Version 6.01 was released tonight, containing a number of bug fixes, and a couple of new features, one of which added flood control to the registration process. Woulda been handy a few times yesterday... To be fair, we did get to test it last night during the last such "flood attempt" and it seemed to work well. Danke!

Speakina which - UBB V6 Gold was released yesterday for our fellow Deutsch UBB'ers.

Infopop News:
The Mod Squad - Congratulations to Charles Capps, officially announced today as the newest Infopper. He joins David Dreezer (known to us as Navaho) as the team in charge of UBB development. Very nice... we look forward to seeing their work in the coming years...

Site News:
Member Spotlight - About 48 hours remain in our voting process to select the first grand prize winner. Rock the Vote!

Continued Site Reorganization - Our database will be up and running with the latest modifications in the next 48 hours. They must be at a " finished stage of production to be included. Thank you for understanding. We also have about 7-10 days left of v5 support, just a heads-up there.

New Site Features - We will be "testing the waters" with a moderated chat application in the next week. Member / moderator participation will determine when and how long we keep it open.

The submissions are just about all in, I believe DB will be putting them up for voting, etc in the next couple of days...

My only regret is I didn't have time to finish my entry.. The fact that I only got inspiration a couple days ago could be part of the problem
