Not necessarily, they probably just don't expect someone to make 300 pop3 addys. And Unmetered Data Transfer means they don't put a limit on it, but if it starts screwin with other sites they will do something.....
My personal opinion is not to use hosting plans that falsely advertise unlimited space, bandwith, or emails... ok
