i surely woudnt go with the first one, i hate ads!!! Well unless they charge a very decent price. THe second one... maybe. www.namezero.com not bad for redirecting your domain, and u can close their ads for good with a simple java script. for space wise... try hypermart.net , a very decent and reliable place.

don't register anything with namezero. You can be assured they'll try and find someway of making you pay/taking your domain.
