I am an individual (not a business at this point) hosting a fan-site on a server that offered unlimited space and bandwidth. Don't give me the 'nothing is unlimited' riot act because I know that (all too well). The terms of service for my host (for the account I have) is 400,000kb daily transfer and I am averaging 650,000kb. I am working with the artist and label on the official sites and if it comes down to it I will just merge mine into that.

I am at the point of probably moving to a dedicated server but like I said before, I am an individual so I need a good deal. I have a UBB on the site and a ton of multi-media (which I can eliminate some of if need be). Lets just say I currently have 800megs on the server. <result> hosts screams here </result>

for more of a feel of the situation - here are some recent stats:
August: 508,369 hits - 16,285,167 kb sent
September: 810,090 hits - 15,805,494 kb sent
October (Oct.1-10): 366,220 hits - 6,189,589 kb sent

Who do you guys recommend for a cost effective solution for hosting UBB and streaming multimedia (real server preferred)?

Lots of hosts out there, most of them with prices about in the same price range. We are with DellHost, which seems to be working out well... You'll most likely be spending ~$300-500/ month for the solution you'll need. I know others swear by futurequest, but I have no experience with them.
