anyone know any good providers that can host an extremely high traffic site(like 30gigs/month) for reasonable rates?

With traffic like that, you'll almost certainly be better off on a dedicated box.

Charles is definitely right. 30 gigs is a lot of traffic. If ya get that much, i am sure you could probably pay your way if you talked to an ad company such as http://www.flycast.com or BurstNet. They both pay pretty decently(flycast more then burst)
