I have a friend who is having problem with her computer running well.
She told me the following:

My pc has been acting up so I dug out my Norton System works and ran a diagnostics test on it today. It took over 8 hours to run part of it. And then it said it didn't find anything wrong. Should I believe it?

Freezing up a lot. Says it's running out of memory when I only have one program open. The keyboard acts up on occasion but workes if I reboot.
I can't run my graphics program on it anymore. It won't launch it.
Any ideas?
