Which is the best image editor for use with Flash? Fireworks, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro (or should I use another one)?

If you're not using Photoshop 6.0, Fireworks and Freehand would be the better solution than Photoshop and Illustrator (remember we're talking about the usage with Flash)

if your using it in compatibility with flash, Fireworks. Because with fireworks you can import .png files, but im not sure if you can import psd's. Also you can import shapes and objects from fireworks to flash with them still being adjustable (lines and stuff) laugh

photoshop is the best by most standers with paint shop pro right after (at least its wat most people say) fireworks is good to smile . just never limit yourself to one program. tryin all 3 and picking the best one for your needs would be the best option, myself ? i recomend photoshop

Photoshop = 1000 bucks = another reason for Paintshop Pro or the other products if you aren#t a professionell graphic designer

I use PS6 for editing and compressing pics, but I love ACDSee for viewing photos. Just double click on a photo and its there, no booting up. smile

I've also tried Fireworks and its not that bad.... [Linked Image]
