I need some help on which shopping cart to use as I decided to scrap the current shopping cart (Problem with browser incompatibility)

1. Runs on IIS
2. Support MsAccess
3. Can be easily Intergrate with PlanetPayment
4. Browser compatible (I.E, Netscape and etc)
5. Able to customize to my site look and feel
6. Web based administration
7. Affordable

If you guys come across any shopping cart that meets the above critiria let me know.
