Hi guys recently my server was transfered. I need to know which file would cause this to be displayed go here http://www.swat3.de/cgi-bin/cqbdeusex/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro&BypassCookie=true then click on any forum.
If you can tell me what file is chmod-ed wrong then i will fix it!

Have you made sure that your UBB Non CGI dir exists, also make sure that the paths in the CP are correctly placed to your site and folders. If everything above is correct make sure you've chmod the NonCGI folder to 777.
