how long do you go inbetween major changes on your board (something more than just a new hack or a upgrade from x.1 to x.2).

do you feel the need to drastically alter your templates every once in a while? or upgrade to the newest version available on a yearly basis?

I upgrade the forums fairly regularly, design gets redone less often. Mainly because the code changes are easier and I get less complaints from the regulars than when the design changes

In either case, there's always gonna be the group thatr wish you hadn't changed anything and always gonna be the group that wishes you had done more Everyone's a decorator when you are doing the work yourself "I can't do anything about it, but I know what I like."

Probably a re-design every time a whole new version came out. (Like 6.3 to 6.4)
