It must be there and *visible*. Right now you've made it the same color as your background, which makes it invisible. That is just as illegal as removing it altogether.

Nope if you look on the bottom it say Infopop Corporation with the link!

it must be visible to the naked eye...u cant just have the link to infopop visible...u have to have Powered by .... Ultimate Bulletin Board Vers.# visible also......

If you highlight it it's there, He just didnt make it visable because the font he used for it is black.

Visible to the naked eye, means it cannot match the background color, it cannot be hidden, cannot be removed, etc. It must be VISIBLE.
