The black text is just barely legible over the maroon category strip bg. Try using white text, or lighten up on the bg.

The colours and pretty good But I suggest you put that menu on the right, on the Left. It will look much better. Also change the Brown coloum to a different colour.

hmmm... there just one problem with putting it on the left side.. i got my main header graphic there, and would need to edit it.. and change the code.. bah.. im thinking i might get rid of the menu and put it along the top.. or maybe somewhere near the bottom.

The board design and graphics are great, there's only one thing I don't like about your board. The colors... I, myself, don't think that the blue goes with the grey...

Also, the hover coding used is screwed up. After you put the mouseover it doesn't change back to it's original color...

Looks much better now, The tables arent so crammed and it looks much neater. Now you need to install some more hacks to your forum.
