Get a logo, for one.

And you've got an awful lot of forums for two members... it may be useful to consolidate a little until you get a few more people there.

And I usually prefer Who's Online to be at the top of the page instead of the bottom.

ok Skorp. Sorry about the new topic I opened.

I have re-designed my forum check it out now and give some feedback please.

i would say change colors a bit, and get rid of that moderator drop down menu.

Colours need to be changed. They are kinda too boring. Get a better header banner too. Other than that it's ok.
